The Shelby Humane SNVR program was created in November 2020. Since then, we have greatly increased the live release rate for feral cats in our community. If you need help starting a cat colony, please submit the application below.

We have Tomahawk live traps available for community use. There is a $100 holding fee per trap to replace any lost or stolen traps.
